The Lelit Anna 2 PL41TEM is one of the best entry level espresso machines on the market.  This affordable Italian made machine offers an incredible package of features including PID brew temperature controller, brass boiler, multi directional steam wand, stainless steel body and a powerful 1000W heating element.

  • PID Brew Temperature Controller:  Typically only found on much more expensive machines,  the Anna 2 PL41TEM features a PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) controller to allow the user to precisely adjust the brew temperature and improve temperature stability.  
  • Brew Pressure Gauge: The brew pressure gauge displays brew pressure during extraction allowing the user to get immediate feedback on how to adjust grind coarseness, dosage or tamp pressure for a perfect shot of espresso.
  • Multidirectional Steam Wand: The single hole multidirectional steam wand combined with the brass boiler produces powerful steam so that you can create café quality microfoam for all your favorite milk based drinks.
  • Stainless Steel Body:  Built to last, the Anna 2 features a high quality stainless steel body with attention to details.
  • 57mm Portafilter: The 57 mm chrome-plated brass portafilter come with 3 basket options: single (7g), double (14g) and ESE POD ready basket.
  • 3 Way Solenoid Valve: The three-way solenoid valve relieves the pressure in the portafilter immediately after pulling a shot.  This leaves the coffee puck dry, making it easy to clean and pull the next shot.

Coffee shop quality for each cup

Great quality of built, love the gauges (PID temperature and pressure). It makes it so easy to get a delicious cup of espresso. Each time I look at my machine, I just want a cup right away.

Long Term Performance

I have used the Lelit Anna 2 daily for over one year now. Still works like new. Adjustable Temperature with display and pressure gauge enable you make the perfect shot with very little practice. Still impressed with build quality and how quiet it is. I have had several other espresso machines in the past, from D'elongi and Breville. Because I use the machines multiple times per day, home office use, none of them would last more than 18 to 20 months. The Lelit is very well built and durable. Also very easy to clean. I would highly recommend this machine.

Lelit Anna 2 with PID yogi review

Well first of all, I have had a Mocha Pot for almost 20 years. (Please keep this in mind.) In the research for an entry level single boiler Italian made espresso machine, I landed on the Lelit Anna 2 with PID. I chose Coffee addicts because they seemed less corporate and more down to earth (later confirmed). I am overjoyed with the extractions, and the features enabling controlability. I can do a manual pre-infusion easy with use of the PID and pressure gauge (*Turn pump on, open hot water to keep pressure at 3 bars for about 5 seconds, turn pump off for 5-10 seconds, then close hot water valve and turn pump back on when temp gets back to 94, then up to 9 -10 bars we go). Not to mention one can reset any set temperature. To generally see that the temp is where it is supposed top be for each specific function is huge. I can tell if the grind needs adjustment with the gauge too. It steams milk great (Remember I am an absolute beginner at this sooo).
The latte's, cappuccino's, and americana's that I have extracted are actually the best that I have ever tasted. This includes pro coffee shops. I told my friends with the very first extraction (Latte) that "If this is the worst Latte that I am ever going to make, then my mind is completely blown". It will still take me about 6 months to become proficient at it though. I am not actually a "coffee addict" per se, I only have 2-3 a week :)
Anyway, what I am trying to say is yes, I more than like the machine :) ! The ordering and customer service from Coffee Addicts was a 10/10 as well. And a few surprises in the box when it arrived was fun. I feel quite fortunate to have such a superb machine. Thank you Coffee Addicts.
