Much better than replacing the whole grinder!

My Baratza Encore stopped working after 6 plus years. Got some help from Baratza Support and a few videos. Followed the troubleshooting guide to determine the motor was the issue. Coffee Addicts was able to ship me a replacement along with a couple of other minor parts in a few days. Quickly reassembled and we're back in action! Works like a charm!
